An absolute game changer
I have to say an enormous THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I am 3 months postpartum with my second boy and in a season of survival I have been able to thrive. I am a long time follower of yours but just decided to use the meal plan - let me tell you, it is an absolute game changer for busy moms. After having my first, I relied heavily on Uber Eats and home meal services for convenience. I felt like garbage because I was eating mostly garbage. Between kids I have found the magic of macro tracking and it has helped me achieve goals I once felt were out of reach. But planning my weekly meals out to include leftovers, enough variety to appease everyone in my family, and to include real Whole Foods and not just protein has been way too overwhelming in this season.
